Post TT install+rollers and now won't get off the line
Just put on a Leo Vince TT exhaust and removed the restrictor on the pipe. the kit came with two sets of roller weights, I put the lighter rollers in the variatior and I also swapped the clutch springs with the yellow stiffer ones. My zuma was always great off the line, but was missing that top end speed. Im 260 lbs and now my zuma literally won't move unless i roll it down a hill for about 15 feet then I'm great. Increased top end power, great power up hills, but if i come to a stop and the clutch disengages, I'm back to square one and can't get started off the line.

The clutch and belt are both less than a year old, so this issue is concentrated to the variatior.

Should I go even lighter on the rollers? Should I switch to heavier rollers that came with the Leo TT kit? Im really frustrated because its my dd around town and I can't come to a stop or else I can't get the scooter started unless i roll it down a hill.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The Leo rollers that come with the pipes are way too light. Weight them you need about 5.8 to 6.0 gram weights. I think they send 4.3 gram weights with the pipes

If this a 2002 -2005 The rear sheeve (torque driver ) has a wierd angle that I noticed more with a expansion pipe in how my bike would take off it would roll slow and seem to shift gears at 30 feet or 10 mph .
This is impossible to totally tune out you either add low end power through a different pipe or bbk or swap out the torque driver for a 2008-2011 one

Option 2

Try running 1/2 stock and half leo which puts you around 5.5 -6 Range

A even simpler possible remedy.
This would also seem like you are starting in 2nd gear
There is a tuning washer or shim between the variator fan and the drive boss alot of people mistakenly throw this away .
Its main purpose is to let the belt get as low as possible in the front pulley and belt alignment.
So my question is did you put it back?
It is less than paper clip thin not wedding band thick.
