My Adly RT50 doesn't have a fuel gauge nor a warning light. Only an indicator for the oil. I've never had to put a gauge on so I'm curious if anyone here has any insight on it. Most of what I've read as said you need to drill the tank and install a float in the deepest spot on the tank. This true? Or is there another way? If drilling is the only option, then I'll just watch the odometer or simply look in the tank.

Never added one myself but have had the added to custom tanks for cars. It’s normalynpart of the pickup assembly and comes out from a locking ring. With your style tank I would look for a replacement cap that doubles as a gauge
