Post New stuff!!!
What have i been up to?.
Well mostly going insane trying to get front end conversions made for the ruckus, feel kinda guilty about it as i have fallen behind on my bread and butter...the ZUMA.

50 owners goto the bottom!

I kind figured that im not easy enough to find for newbs and there isn't a good enough resource for my stuff.
So for those who dont know me, im the guy who gets the seriously trick parts for the 50's, 100's and the new 125.

Ok whats new:

WHEELS

I now have lovely lightweight RPM 9 spoke alloy wheels for the 50/100 and Z-125 in both 10'' and 12''
The 50 and 100 requires some loving and spacing to fit, the Z-125 just takes it without any issues.

Z-125 set $300
Z-50/100 front only $100

Price difference is huge because the Z-125 uses 12'' and the little 50/100 uses 10''

RPM supply them in gold or silver, i can repaint in black or white for another $20.

Why change wheels?.
Well 2 reasons, 1 it looks damn sexy and 2, its lighter and light is good :D

Ok i dont have a proper pic of the 12'' rim, only the ruckus front end with the 10'' rim :(

Will take some more on monday

Ok 50 owners keep reading as this is good news!.
I have got a proper ceremic 70cc racing kit to go on the newer horizontal ZUMAS, its a full on race set with only a single ring, so hardcore need only apply!.
You will need a proper race exhaust and 24mm flatside carb to go with this, if you dont know what this is i would consider ignoring this!.

These are actually for another tuning company in the west, the factory that makes them holds a few for the taiwanese market without the brand on them, dont ask me who makes them as they wont tell me.

I bulk ordered some as they dont appear very often, i will sell them for $130

Since that is an extreme option, i also have a more reasonable 70cc kit which can be used with more reasonable stock parts and have everyday reliability.
It has a polished head which i think is a nice extra.

Price will be $100

Ok thats it for now.....

Can you weigh a stock set and your new set and post the results. It would be a shame to spend the money on a new set if your just going to shave off a few ounces.

I dont have a spare stock 125 wheel to weigh :(
I have weighed the GA rim and its almost exactly 0.5kgs difference, which is quite alot.
If i was to guess i would say its 0.2kgs.

Pics coming, photobucket is running like forest gump today :(

0.5kgs = 1.1 pounds :: 0.2kgs = 0.44 pounds.

If there is only one thing i dislike about this site, its the removal of editing your message after its quoted :(
Makes my posts get messy as i add things later on!.

Well here is a much better picture of the wheels stolen from a taiwanese auction site:

Image
Those are the 10'' ones in gold, the 12'' are obviously a little more bigger :D

More stuff:

Bolt on front suspension upgrade - its going to be very reasonably priced and doesnt require any flipping of wheels or changing of brakes, im aiming for sub $200 for the set.
This is great as you can finally afford to have proper suspension to match your rear suspension without spending half a g!.
Did i mention it will carry my brand name 'samurai' :D

Carbon goodies - been trying to find a nice set of carbon goodies that arent over priced or fake, i have suceeded, prices and pics soon.

Can't wait for the carbon goodies. The more the better. Have to be real carbon though. Look for a back modded fender for the 125.

Post Re: New stuff!!!
i spoke to soon, the front cygnus wheel fitted on the BWS125/Z-125 but the rear isn't......
Its mind boggling as the stock rims are identical to the cygnus, i am going to find out if another type fits in the same style, results soon :D

so fronts for both are a go, rears for both are not :(

Post Re: New stuff!!!
ok rear can now be fitted on the ZUMA125 :D

For those of you who are curious, it was the rear drum size that was causing the issue.
not any more
