This package is availible right away, orders received during monday-thursday will have this shipped within 48 hrs.

This is a combination of our latest 155cc big bore kit and the newest 3mm stroker crank.
No case work needs to be done, just a strip and rebuild with the new parts, everything bolts right in place!.
Heres whats in the box:

forged 58.5mm piston with teflon coating
58.5mm cylinder
gaskets and rings
3mm stroker crankshaft with CNC rod
Highlift cam
Lightweight cam pulley
10 hole injector

Price $550
Shipping $65

total displacment is 164cc.
You will require an aftermarket exhaust and at least a clutch upgrade.
Compression ratio will be around 10.5:1- 11.0:1 so high octance fuel is reccomended.

Does it include the oil cooler as well? Will a power commander or something similar be necessary? I was about to order a 155cc kit from you as well as some other things but this looks interesting...

It works without a power commander but it can benefit from having one added later. ( i just added one a few hours ago and its faster than without)
Also the oil cooler was deemed to be not required, only for much larger displacement.

I also sell the 155cc big bore kit by itself for $250 with the cam, cam pulley and injector.

What is the ideal roller weight to use with the 155cc kit to get the best all around performance?

Well this thread is for the 164 kit but if i remember correctly, its 1g higher than stock and another .5 higher with this kit.
Higher than what.... well thats up to you as some people like 11 others like 10 etc.
Its always fun to swap and try it out, you will be amazed with the difference rollers make!.

The 164 is 155 kit with the stroker crank, right?

Also, you've got the cam and 155cc kit on your project bike, right? All you're using is the larger injector. When you pull the plug, the color is good? Looks like it's running well, mixture wise?

Yep its a nice light tan brown colour, running very well indeed.
No ECU, just a larger injector.
164cc kit is the 155 kit with a stroker crank, so the option to upgrade from the 155 kit is there :D

You should be able to ditch the K&S and just use the 10 hole injector, yes.

Hey Dan,
Ru still including the balanced cam shaft and connecting rod? and there's no chance in a price decrease?
