Post Samurai 155cc kit
I have to advertise this now as its incredibly popular and an amazing deal.

The new and improved 155 kit comes with:

58.5mm FORGED piston with CNC head and teflon coating.......... this is an amazing piece of kit thats beutiful to behold!.
58.5mm cylinder, uses a different material than the original which aids cooling.
Rings, piston pin and gaskets.
High lift cam.
Lightweight cam pulley.
Larger injector.

No need to fiddle with ECU's, no check engine lights, nothing, it works as if the bike is 100% stock.
You can even run this with the stock exhaust and CVT until funds allow for a upgrade, though i suggest doing it the other way around!.
Squeeze every drop of power from the 155cc displacement!.
This is the best 155 kit on the market, i personally have spent a long time finding this kit!!!

$300
Shipping: $55

INCREDIBLE PRICE FOR SUCH HIGH END PARTS!

Availible right now, ship within 24 hours, monday-thursday.
Takes 4-5 days to arrive via EMS

Maybe it would be more constuctive to UNDER STATE IT ...
It will more than likely NOT exceed 70 mph ...
Maybe that is more true than quoting what it will do ?? ... ... ... or 75 mph ... whatever ??

If this setup could do 60 mph at my elevation with a decent headwind, I would be all over it.

I had a good 30-35 mph headwind the other day and was down to less than 40 mph. and that was on a highway. No bueno.

At your altitude ... you need an AIR PUMP !!
And for the headwinds ... try a full racing tuck !!
Just kidding ... I do agree that your scoot has a lot of challenges up there !!

So could you run this with a stock exhaust and CVT permanently? Will damage result? Or will it just not be as powerful as it could?

Wouldnt cause any damage, just reduce the power a bit :(
You could run this first and upgrade the rest later, but i strongly suggest doing it the other way around ;)
