Not great pics but you can see the finish here, its not logo'ed yet!.
The intake manifold has been hand enlarged by myself to match the larger diameter........ i was wrong before, the stock airbox will fit!.
This is a 32mm version, we can do 34 and 36mm too.

So its red as i think its very original and eye catching ;)

There is one major snag with these throttlebodys which i have only realised the other day, removing the parts from the stock throttlebody is quite a pain as it uses that triangular security bolts :(
The work is worth it though, the power increase with the 164cc and above is HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
I am trying to get the mikuni parts required on my end so this work doesnt need to be done.... but i have no idea how much its gonna cost and when :(

Anyway here it is:

X2 on the Quality of this product...

I'm not a fan of the Red, but the RAW sure looks Delicious...

Red is the companys colour so there wasnt much choice really, it needed to stand out when it hits the trade shows!.

what is the difference between "raw" and "clear" then?
is "clear" a waste of time and money? just asking.

Well raw is just the alloy finish as shown on the page before, it can oxidise after time so its best to anodise it:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anodizing

Its mostly for looks ;)

Its finally finished!

Final price is $260, i will include the TORX adapter needed to unscrew the parts from your old throttlebody with every one sold.
Now i have the ability to make them, i can custom make for almost any future FI bike!/
Also the size will be 32mm,34mm and 36mm.... all the same price.

Right more new stuff coming up, website is getting updated at the moment with the new parts.

First we have the cheaper fork kit, the NCY 33mm :D
In gold/silver as shown, they bolt right on in place of your old forks and accept the stock brake system.

Image

Price: $199
Shipping: $75

K&S cnc brake arm, replaces the standard steel item, adds a bit of bling to the transmission part of your ride and also greatly improves the feel of the drum brake.
Comes in silver, gold and red.
(this is the proper adjustable one, not like the NCY availible)

Price: $35
Shipping: $15

This isnt new but rather an improved picture of the RRGS cvt kit, looks nice doesnt it?

Price: $110 (on special offer on my xmas thread)
Shipping: $35

You going to be getting those forks in any other colors perhaps a black or gray? And any other colors available for the brake lever? I kinda going for an orange and black theme on the scoot.
