Post Hello, Zuma race scoot?
Hello guys, coming here to get more info on the possibility of building a Zuma based racing scooter. I have tried searching a bit but have not found the answers to the couple questions I have.

The main thing I am wondering is if it is possible to mount the Stage6 R/T MKI AeroX based cylinder to a zuma? Do most of the AeroX parts fit the Zuma?

Also, can PMT 100 series 10" slicks be mounted to Zuma wheels?

Just looking at the Zuma as an option since the more popular racing scooters are hard to find here in the US.

Thanks,

Short answer, yes it can be mounted. Is there any specific questions you have? You'll need to machine the cases to fit the cylinder, the correct Crank for that cylinder, a hyper race exhaust, digital inner rotor, 28mm Carb, radiator, water pump etc etc

I have a 86cc hyper-race Zuma, there stupid fun you'll love it

Having done the liquid cooled conversion
I will let you know the euro case is diffrent then the Asia case and the water pump is not a direct bolt on
You will need to make your own conections from the stator to the pump also not all the blots that mount the pump to the case you will also need to make your own cover to close up the gap left

I'd just go with an electric water pump. Those mechanical pumps are prone to leaking and premature failure at constant high rpm usage. And the kit your asking about will run in the 13,500 - 14,000 rpm.
