Post Key left on, Battery died
I have a 2012 Zuma 125 -- i recently left the key on over night -- next day nothing worked so i thought battery just needing charging -- i tried to jump it but when i hook up the cables nothing happens still when hitting the start button... before buying a new battery i'd like to know , if the battery is bad, and i hook up jumpers to battery terminals while everything is still connected , will the bike crank or will a bad battery prevent it from cranking? I also removed the battery and checked the voltage it showed -.1 volt on the battery tester. All Fuses tested good also.
Can a regular automobile battery be jumped to the zuma cables and be used to start it? (Without the Zuma battery hooked up)....
