Post Proper NCY Clutch and Trans Setup on 2003 Zuma
I bought the NCY Clutch and Transmission Kit and a new belt from Zumasrus and have installed them. The variator came with 7 gram weights and the clutch came with red springs and the yellow compression spring. Stock, that setup was much worse than the stock setup I had with 8,100 miles on it.

I tried 5.5 gram and 6.5 gram setups in the variator without any better results.

What advice to those with more experience have. I'm going to keep the new belt and put the old clutch and compression springs back on and see if it's any different.

This one is: 100% stock 2003 Zuma 50 2t, now with NCY transmission kit and kevlar (G boost) belt.

Thanks for any advice.
