Post Bws 2004 tips for shopping
I'm Portuguese and I have at this time a BWS 2004 with source cylinder with 25000km. Has little compression and the bushing of the variator already have some slack.

At the moment the bike has exhaust LEOVINCE zx-r, spring 28kg polini blue and yellow polini clutch springs, of 4.5g rollers, original belt with 1000km.

I need opinions about the setup and the purchase of a cylinder for the day to day but better than the original, and opinions to a new variator. The bike is giving little speed, around 60-65km / h

Best Regards
Daniel

Not much.
Do not forget that it is a motorcycle, day by day (city) and trip sometimes.

I thought this:

The Trophy is a good kit in 70cc, I would imagine the 50cc is a quality product as well.

Do the police there check for 70cc kits? Or is there another reason you're not looking for a 70cc?

I noticed a Few of the Stage 6 70cc Kits ive installed for people around town say 49c on it. But I knew a Guy with a Durby in town with a Performance 50cc kit and he port matched the cases and that thing was a Rocket Ship. At the Time I was Rolling around on a 79 Vespa Small Frame with a 150cc Polini Ported top end and he was with me until I got in 3rd.

I think a 70cc Polini Contesta kit would suit you well.
