Post 340 dollars for a fuel pump?
Rode the C3 to work this morning for the first time in a month or so. Was going to leave work and go to the bank, wouldnt start. Would crank and crank like no fuel. Tried it later, would sputter for a sec then die. Little while longer, it starts and runs like normal. Rode it home without a problem.

Thinking its the fuel pump. Not sure if I could hear it cycling when it wouldnt start.

Called the dealership to check on the recall on the C3 fuel pump. It had already been done 4 years ago, and they want 340 dollars for a fuel pump for an 800 dollar scooter....... ouch!!

Is there a cheaper source on these than the stealership?

I don't know where ... but JohnnyFYX just replaced the pump itself and not the entire pump assembly

We're talking 125 now ... but the part probably came direct from Japanese market

You'd have to ask him ... that's all that I can think of

Finally got around to putting this one in today:

Pretty sure it was the same one Nick linked to. Works like a champ. Saved me like 300 dollars.
