I have a 2005 BWS and have ordered a Stage6 Streetrace 70cc 10mm kit with a Stage6 Pro Replica pipe. I will be adding pictures as I go and ask for whatever helpful tips or tools I'll need to keep her reliable. Thanks

You will want to do a pressure test on the crankcase after installing the new kit.

Also spend a little time examining the new bore before installing and chamfer sharp edges on the ports.

Make sure you dont install your piston upside down, the arrow goes to the exhaust side.

Make sure you understand what your doing when tuning the fuel mixture.

These are mistakes ive made in the past so id reccomend them as "tips"

Thanks conez0! I'll take that all into consideration. Here are some pics. I have a new full windshield from yamaha that works fantastic. Stops the wind from breaking right into your chest.

Windshield comes from Yamaha, (Daytona Motorsports.) They also have a short version if you want a sportier look. I think I paid somewhere around $100-$120 for mine, can't remember exactly.

It was from Kelowna Yamaha and it was $120. I just got my pipe and kit in.
Went out and got some 3.5g Athena 15x12 weights and some dr pully 8 gram weights
That way I can mix and match if needs be. I'm looking at a new belt and crank but may just do the crank baring and keep it under 10,000 rpm. I'm putting in a 1500 rpm contra spring and red clutch springs as well.

Nope it actually makes me go faster by 3-5 kms
Breaks the wind and is way more arrow dynamic than my chest.

I'm ordering some more parts to complete my build.
I believe I need a choke cable to and single throtle cable.
They are out of stock on the site I'm ordering from so I'll have to look around.

Thanks Joe! I'm from kelowna, BC Canada. What would be the most reliable carb for that 70cc streetrace stage6 kit? And what else will I need to install the right carb? Cheers.
