Post YAMAHA ZUMA PREBUG / mbk booster build
Hey everyone.
My scooter rides a lot better upgrading to a 70cc street kit. It can go 50mph with a 220lb person but with someone lighter it can possibly go faster. It's a good bike to have for daily rides around town. I couldn't really stop with the stock front brakes so I decided to upgrade to a RRGS front setup. The RRGs front setup brakes a lot better and looks way better than the stock forks. I had to get rid of the stock handlebar because it was to high and put BTX Drag Bars. Thanks to Drew at Drowsports for all the help and parts! I appreciated everything.
Here are parts I have on my scooter:

-BCD Engineering RX Handlebar Stem 22.2mm

-BTX Drag Bars

-Brembo Brake Master Cylinder

-CRG Hindsight LS Mirror (Black)

-Dellorto PHBG 19mm Racing Carburetor

-Doppler S3R Shock Black 275mm

-LeoVince ZX-R Exhaust (Vertical)

-Malossi Variator Multivar

-Malossi MHR Replica Yamaha Zuma

-RPM 9 Spoke Front Wheel

-DROWsports Ruckus RRGS Front Disk Brake Kit (Low Down)
(Got my triple tree bored out to get the forks to fit, Thanks to Drew for getting it done)
Image
-Goodridge Stainless Steel Brake Line Kit 34in
Image
-Goodridge Brake Line Banjo Bolt Chrome 10mm
Image
-RRGS Axle Puller
Image
-R6 Clear LED Tail Light Kit
Image
-Perelli SL 26 [Front tire- 100/90-10 and Rear- 130/90-10]

More pictures of my Pre-bug will soon be posted.
Here's a preview.

More to come!

Thanks to Drew from Drowsports for all the parts again!

Agreed! Id like to see some more pics. Also there is an area for build threads here. Maybe a mod could move it over there with the rest of them for you?

Post Re: Pre-bug build thread
i remember riding this scooter when you just bought it and i thought there's no way i would ever ride it on the street. the brakes were just plain horrible..... squeezed the life out of the brake lever and could barely stop. hows the new suspension??? does it bottom out like how it did when it was still stock? man, i gotta ride that pre bug again with all the mods

Did those forks fit the stock tree?
