Post 2009 Vino 125 Upgrade install
Hello everyone
First time to have Carburator scooter.
I want to upgrade my vino since all my friends have a vino but want mine to have alittle bit of power. Yes people might sayd just buy a bigget motor, but I already have a GTS250 and a SC250

Any suggestions what jettins I need? Also when I install the BBK and Cam, what should be the valve clearance and piston ring clearance
So far I bought this parts from jiangwayne
Adjustable throttle cable
Aluminum Intake Manifold
Racing Hi Flow 45deg air filter
Ruima High Angle Shaft
Big bore kit
Original size: ø51.5mm x60.0 (124cc, 2V)
Cylinder ID: ø55.0mm x60.0 (143cc, 2V)
Wrist Pin OD: ø13.0mm (Stock)
1. Cylinder x1
2. Piston x1
3. RIK Piston Ring x5
4. Ping x1
5. G-Ring x2
6. Gasket x2

Bought the Carb from Jetsrus
Keihin PE 28mm Japan Main Jet 125 Slow Jet 40 Jet Needle 46-JFN Float Height 19mm

NCY Perfomance exhaust.

Im thinking of buying this transmission setup after I break in my BBK. Any suggestions?

light weight at the clutch will help acceleration but makes holding the top end harder

same with the flywheel

Finally finished my upgrade except for the transmission. It fires right up and idles fine. Took it for a ride after I warmed it up. It started fine from 0 to about 1/4 to 1/2 throttle then it bog after that. I would WOT, the it will either go up to 30mph but it really struggles like it about to cut off. I would let go of throttle and it would die. Should I lower the jet from 125 to 110? Its a Keihein PE28mm Carb
