waldog nice scooter. to answer your question as to whether the panels can be repaired and repainted, based on the photos in my opinion i would say definately yes. i work in fiberglass and plastic repair and the damage i see is all very superficial. a weekend and a person with a fledging knowledge of fiberglass repair should be able to do the repairs. good luck with your new purchase

That really doesnt look too bad. Sounds like she took it way harder than the scooter did.

Thats why you should ALWAYS wear a helmet. Even if your just turning the bike around in front of the house. no one ever died from wearing a helmet when they didn't need it, but many have died from not wearing a helmet when they did need it.

I'm even planning on wearing my helmet when driving my truck this winter, probably would do wonders for reducing injury if the truck rolls.

Yep... the guy teaching our BRC class was also a traffic cop, and he said he saw an accident once where a guy on a motorcycle stopped at a light, and put his feet down, slipped and hit his head on the pavement and died.

Pretty crappy way to go out. :wth:

I just got one a mo9nth or so ago that a lady had dumped with 274 miles on it. It was an 08 and I got it for $1500, she didn't want anymore to do with it either. Mine is scratched up on both sides but winter will cure that, till then it runs perfect, so have a good time with it. Break it in right and it will run great.
