Post GPS Downhill speed test video on my Yamaha Zuma 125
Downhill test run with a tom tom GPS I buried the speedometer but GPS clocks me at 67 mph top speed. I will be doing another test with another GPS to see if I can get a more accurate reading on the speed.

Nice...and i believe it's true...but underseat GPS don't count. Mount that GPS on the bars and wear a helmet cam so we can see the road and the GPS mph.

I do believe the run though.....nice.

Better yet get a vid of you racing JDM's broke down dookie that never saw the far side o 63 mph in his life.

dosent the speedo go to 75, buried I would think you were at least 70+
but thats the problem with underseat gps, may not have enough satellites to get accurate number

how about that setup taped to the floor with the gps and camcorder
then it has full sky view
I know on mine it will read faster then what it saves as max speed for whatever reason, maybe it wants 5 seconds at max to record im not sure on mine sometimes I run out of room or hit to many hills
I like doing mine on flat ground

Why would having the GPS under the seat be different from having it mounted on the windshield of a car?
