Post Not a Scoot, but it IS a Yamaha
Well, the weather is finally getting better in northern Ohio. I brought home my new Bolt. It is literally twice the weight of the Zuma but is still pretty darn fun for a big girl. Of course there are aftermarket parts up the whazoo for it and it's still relatively new. Just thought I'd share.

Exactly! That is what sold me. I sat in it and it was like "Whoa, that's nice!"

AND I found a site that does an ECU flash for better performance and aftermarket exhaust (Which will be my first mod). Once I get that, I'm going to ask about possibilities for a flash for the Zuma! I'll keep you posted.

I like the bike as well, the one thing the aftermarket realllly needs is the same tank without the pinch weld.

I like the Victory bikes and it seems like they get better every year, plus I've always been a Polaris fan. But Yammy definitely has a winner with the Bolt series.

FScott - Agree on the tank...Guess they had to do something to keep it from being too similar to a sportster.

jesquivel - I had to look up the Honda. That is space age! Probably shouldn't talk about $10K scooters though... :D

I could dig a NM-4, but I wouldn't call it a scooter.

Yes, those are stock shocks with an actual reservoir. The bike is right off the showroom floor so I haven't done anything but de-sticker it. (Yamaha LOVES stickers)

NM-4...right! I just know that if it doesn't have a clutch it won't be called a motorcycle...It is super cool and would love to see one up close!

Correction good sirs....the NM-4 has a double clutch and paddle shifters for manual mode.... altho, there is no actual clutch lever that needs to be depressed to shift gears, u just press the paddle switches..... :D

And yup! Yammy does love stickers! They've kept goo-gone in business for years!
