I wear a Bell half shell and safety glasses most of the year and a Shoei X11 when it's really cold or raining hard.

I didn't go through the whole thread to check, but if you don't have a speed clip for you helmet, I recommend this one! Cuts down on threading the strap, unthreading the strap, re-threading the strap... ;)

That would suck, guess I'll just deal with the straps then.

Hmmm...I've not had a problem with my clip. My HJC helmet has some pads that come down around the straps and the clip is installed over the pad so I never even notice it. It only took one day of messing with the strap to convince me of the convenience of the clip! IF you have to take your helmet on and off frequently it makes life much easier.

That is true, I wear what I call a permanent 5 o'clock shadow ( more like a midnite shadow) & mine never gets caught. But then again, mine isn't a full beard so who knows?

Arg! I just got beat out of a new Arai helmet from a local seller on craiglist - $250. NOW I see it listed on ebay for $375...DAMN ebay trolls! Still a fair deal but If I would have been a little quicker it coulda been mine for 250!
