Well it's back together but far from done... any suggestions on which mods first for the motor. Only running 10.1 rollers in the CVT so far...

get the razor finned valve covers and breather cover, at least on yours you can see it

Yea that 3M CF is great.Really easy to work with .very forgiving with the heat gun, It makes you wanna cover your whole scoot with it!! Thanks for the info on it....another "mad wrapper" to add to your following.

Thanks Chi ,yea I'll have to do that, it sits straight up right now. Did you cut yours? Do you think an 1" or 1-1/2" would be enough?

I cut mine shorter.. then grinded the bottom piece flat and smooth for a re-weld.. then sent out powder-coated.. or you can simply use rattle can for temporary..

I don't know how much I cut mine out.. we used the good ol' eye ball measure, cut, and let it sit on the side stand to see how it stands.. weld... pOof!

But I think the 1 1/2 is good..

did you guys mod the center stand as well? my scoot hasn't been lowered, but i know with a flat tire it's a lot harder to get the on the center stand.
