Post Mouse chewed wires, no headlights
2012 Zuma 125 starts and runs fine, but no headlights, low or high beam. Checked fuse, good. Good fresh battery. Pulled front cowl and found mouse nest and a few gnawed wires. One wire goes to headlight hi/low beam. Tail lights, brake lights, turn signals all work. Any ideas?

Found wire that's damaged. Will have to remove ignition switch to get at it. How do I remove the switch?

Havent tackled that project
Jdubbya has the repair manuals on here .
just search repair manuals

These scooters are not that complex after you get the fairings off.
Just take your time lots of pictures and draw some diagrams on cardboard and place the screws in the right order so you can get it back together the first time .

Finally found the wire that had been destroyed. Pulled ignition and back part of fairing loose and managed to fish harness out enough to do a quick connect and splice a new wire section. Lights now work.
