Post Turn Signal Wires?
This was in a big box of parts I have- not sure if it goes to the 04 Zuma??

I didn’t realize how small these are compared to my current turn signals. I was thinking of replacing them since the left one of starting to drop out a little bit.

Any insight on what I need with these?

It's pretty easy to install those. One of those wires is the ground (usually black) and the other is the power (usually red). When you are swapping them in, be sure to make sure you use the correct bulbs otherwise the diferent wattage bulbs can cause the signal lights to blink at a very fast rate.

Hmm.. I'm not sure I follow - I think there must be some type of adapter surely to connect the ends? Nothing appears to match up/fit or colors.

Those are aftermarket bulbs so you would have to buy connectors at your local auto parts store .
